National Agricultural Marketing Board Act, 1985 (Act No. 13 of 1985)
and the
National Agricultural Marketing Board Regulations, 2023,
all persons involved in the production, handling, or marketing of horticultural produce
classified as scheduled agricultural products are legally required
to register with the National Agricultural Marketing Board (NAMBoard).
Registration is therefore a statutory requirement for all horticulture farmers in Eswatini.
All farmers producing horticultural scheduled products must complete this registration form
to be included in the
National Register of Scheduled Agricultural Product Producers.
